At County Cycle, we want to ensure you are geared up for your best ride yet. If your equipment or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
